THE FOUNDER'S JOURNEY. Yes! I decided to go back to the Monastery of Transfiguration, Malaybalay, Bukidnon yet the last moment, I decided to stay and live life securarly. Thank you Fr. Elias Ma. Serra, OSB, the humble servant of the Order of St. Benedict for opening my desire to Fr. Prior Savio Ma.Siccuan, OSB. Thank you for the blessing. It was January of this year. I took the courage to raise fund for me to go on with the blurry road of holiness. I tried. I really tried. But, upon contemplation, I felt the stain of evil resting in me. To go further is like fooling myself and getting into another cloak not appropriate at my end. It is also a scene that will take one to lead another to think "demonic" dimension seeing me on that. I remember when I donned a full server's vestment in Concepcion, Iloilo when people tend to judge me and even condemned me in whisper. Today, in the glorious entrance of the Lord to Jerusalem, I am finally opening new things in my life as He invited me again in His Glory to be brave enough to face the new world of new hope...indeed, as Junard Verdeflor put it, the man of Rising and Falling I am....no other things I could hope for but keep on dreaming...and sharing. Until the last blood in me...my journey will continue and now face the fruits...seeing life worth living...after rising from the odds...making a vow to become a good BENEDICTINE by heart...and tried to do good starting from within...hope it is not yet late for this last of the last...In playing cards, I never run out of luck! This will hit a click!

LA GUADA LEARNING CENTER TAKING THE LAST CHANCE TO STAND THE TIDES. Before I entered this learning center, everybody knows how shrewd I was. They knew how addicted I was and how pervert should other would they opt to say. Usury and exploitation as perceived might be options. With all compromise...I am rather an opportunity. My new chapter in life is given into by light with two persons...RHEA R. BABAC and JANICE T. PELAEZ...simply, they are people who hold my heart and push me to keep up...even the families I have known have given me up...they doubted me too much already...and even mentioning their names is still a great pain in me...it is like a nail-to-wood torture that the agony of wordless hurt seeming eternal...still, everyday I mentioned their names with gratitude, forgiveness and hope of reconciliation. I have been deprived...been left...been pushed to die...yet I survived. As my Paschal journey will suggest, I tried death that now, I am RESURRECTED in all ODDITY! La Guada Learning Center is miles to go...and here, now! Rhey and Jan, never give me up yet...and I thank the Lord for becoming in one of putting LA GUADA PARTNERS to come and exist.

FOUNDATION AND CONCEPT OF EXISTENCE. The center technically caters to three major points of concentration
and customized-expertise of enhancement and development : LANGUAGE, PERSONALITY
AND MIND...The center believes that any person-based deficiency and/or
imperfections not clinically and psychologically qualified cases can be
assisted and can be directed in the most or even least favorable directions in
accordance with balanced social sensitivity and acceptability.
LANGUAGE: FIRST POINT
Language in its complexity needs to be understand and assessed in
reference with every La Guadans. The center adheres to the idea that
personalized and customized approach and tested techniques in coaching English
language will be achieved quality effective learning only when the Coach has
the mastery of his trainee`s personality and identified tendency map. La Guada
ensures that every trainee have an easy-accessible assessment data to check and
re-check identified boundaries of opportunities. La Guada English language
teaching guide mandates prefer to direct lingual attitude towards
`world`mindset rather than the obsolete regionalistic lingual grouping
guidelines of sounds. La Guada always based `Language is a part of man`s
existence and not something to be taught but rather it needs to be directed to
live and refined not in uniformity but by uniqueness as a Providential
gift...with such premise, every trainee has the fair opportunity to have
excellent communication skills...`
PERSONALITY: SECOND POINT
Personality is integral to achieve the goals of the center`s
modules. No good speaker without
enticing personalities. And there are no
masters of any creative field of discipline without flexible and socially ready
personalities. Personality is the foundation of sensible and the development of
taste, the essentials of the faculties of the mind and the desire of spiritual
dimensions. La Guada to address
personality-based opportunities, it is a must for the center to get a clear
picture of the trainee`s environment to easily identify and answer concretely,
`where is it coming from?`...if in any cases, cure or approaches can be drawn
not on causal techniques smoothly. LaGuada ensured no introduction method of
what is in the norm listing but rather of `connecting and reviewing`. La Guada simply believes that in order a
personality be developed...we teach common sense...Common sense is the rock
where we build high-end ideas...the increase of not productive individuals in
our community is simply the failure of institutions to emphasize COMMON SENSE
and THE DEVELOPMENT OF TASTE. La Guada knows that we succeed when we definitely
define success not on what we have but rather knows how to live BEAUTY AS A THE
ULTIMATE GOAL OF INNER STRENGTH ready to brave what ever waves of times...
MIND: THIRD POINT
Might be the most challenging and the most ambitious. Essentially the works of our mind is
overwhelming and incomprehensible. To say it is a complex is in fact and
understatement. La Guada knows how this works. Innovation, Artistry and Concept
are the three essentials of this point.
Mind and Change are treated in the center as one of the sacred. La Guada will share a dependable workshop
activities that will ensure help enhance seeing perspective whether in
performing arts, literature and journalistic exposition. As La Guada sees the third point as the
